This is a smaller venue, we will only be allowing 25 pre-teen participants to register. Once those slots are filled we will close registration. 

How many participant slots are available?

Lunch, snacks, water and fruit juice drinks will be provided for participants. There will be a variety for picky eaters. Any dietary needs/restrictions/requests please add that in on the questionnaire. 

What food will be provided?

This event is Saturday August 27th starting at Noon and goes until 3pm. This will be hosted at:

Pickup is expected at 3pm, if you do not arrive to pick up your tween by 3pm, you may be billed for additional time unless prior arrangements have been made. 

WHEN AND WHERE IS THIS EVENT?

You have until August 1st to cancel your ticket. After that registration will be closed and we will not be able to rebook your spot. You will be mailed the swag bag and given a photo gift certificate for the amount of $49 to be used at a future session. 
You also have the option to gift your ticket to another tween.  You must notify the unstoppable team with this switch at stevie@simonephotographyco.com

We are offering a 10% discount with multiple siblings registered. When your invoice is emailed over, your discount will be reflected on the invoice. 

If your tween would love to participate but you are unable to cover the cost for this event, please book now and request a sponsorship in the questionnaire. We currently have 5 sponsor opportunities, with the possibility of more.
This is reserved for families in need and will be awarded on a request basis.

SPONSOR Program

This will be a mini photo session of your tween. They will work with the life coach to pick a word that makes them feel important and we will have our artist write this word on their arm. This will be the focus of their photo session. The photos will be presented in an online gallery 48 hours after the event. In this gallery you may select your favorite image for your gift print. You will also have the option to order more prints as well as upgrade your image with a frame. There will also be other items available to order such as a large poster, customized acrylic block or keepsake ornament. 

What is the empowerment photo session?

Click the Book Now button Above to head to the booking page. Fill out the questionnaire so we are able to group your tween with friends of the same energy level. 
Invoice will be sent out within 48 hours of the Unstoppable team receiving your reservation.  

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the event starts so we can get your tween checked in, make sure we have any health information needed and emergency contacts on file.
